e-mail to R&B/Soul fans, they listed
the neosoul artists most mentioned by
recipients of the monthly mailing.
They described
"neo-soul" as the old-school R&B that
isn't all four-letter words and explicit
descriptions of sex, music along the lines
of that made by some of the biggest
R&B and soul artists of the 1960s and
'70s.
